Contract
Cat. 2125 belongs to the private archives of Tsenhor, a woman belonging to a family of choachytes, “those who offer libations”, as part of the cult of the dead. This contract dates to 506 BC, outlining the assignment of a part of a building to Tsenhor by her eldest brother, Nesamenhotep. The building belonged to their father, Nesmin and they are two of four heirs who will share the common spaces (the staircase, a large room and a storage area). The verso contains a list of witnesses along with various ink stains.
