Papyrus with a priest’s statement and a court session
Having renounced his former wife in a previous court session and having assigned 1/3 of their shared property to her, the priest Amunkha went to live with his second wife, to whom he now decides to leave the entire property. The vizier orders that the arrangement has to be written down in two copies: one is to be kept in the temple of Ramesses III, the other in the Great Court of Thebes.
